Easy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

An easy homemade dip, this one will win you lots of praise at any party or potluck.

Time: 15 minutes
Makes 1 casserole dish

Ingredients
3 cups chopped spinach, thawed if using frozen
2 cans chopped artichokes (two 8.5 oz)
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions
1. Boil artichokes and spinach in 1 cup water until vegetables are tender and drain.  Discard the liquid.  Warm cream cheese in covered microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute to soften.  Stir in remaining ingredients and serve hot with your favorite tortilla or pita chips.
